| Our Petit Coeur Cheesecakes are not too sweet with a hint of almond. There is no crust, just a light coating of breadcrumbs so that the cheese custard releases from the pan. Then we add almond paste for richness and a nutty flavor.

The cakes cook up quickly and are just the right size to serve at the end of a meal.
