Love'n Bake News in a Nutshell

We love reading about old-fashioned city bakeries that fill their display cases with such  handmade treats as thumbprint and oatmeal cookies, pignoli and rainbow bars.  Here is a fun write up by David Lebovitz about one such bakery on Staten Island. (We broke out into a big smile when we learned that they use American Almond Products!)
