Celebrate the glory and tradition of marzipan with pastry chef Sue McCown SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 9th, 2006 at the French Culinary Institute in New York. Winners of the national Marzipandimonium recipe contest, sponsored by the Almond Board of California and PastryScoop.com, will be announced. Love'n Bake™ and American Almond Products provided marzipan for the FCI students to use in the recipe contest.

CROWN THE NEXT "PUDDING HEAD" at the Pudding Hollow Contest
SUNDAY, OCTOBER 1, 2006 at the Hawley Meetinghouse on East Hawley Road in Hawley

Wander over to the Hawley Meetinghouse on East Hawley Road in Hawley, Massachusetts on Sunday, October 1, 2006 to fête the newest "pudding head", the name given to the winner of their annual pudding contest. (The event is an excuse to whip up something sweet or savory for a good cause.) The activities are free and open to the public and include lunch, entertainment, and of course sampling of leftover pudding! Love'n Bake™ is supplying winners with its products for future experimentation.
